I had a breakthrough after experiencing burnout and being bedridden with mental health issues. I woke up one day and thought, “there has to be more to life than this?!”. I started researching alternative health practices, meditation, self-help, and nutrition and turned my life around. I felt so inspired and invested in what I had learned, that I had to share it with the world. That’s where you come in ;-).

The work I do is intuitive and holistic. I believe all dis-ease in the body has a physical, emotional, mental and energetic element. When we can work with all of these elements using the tools I have interchangeably, I can help you get where you want to be as quickly as possible.

Reki & Energy Field Work – Feel Calm & Release Stress
Reiki is a gentle and calming energy treatment which can help relieve emotions, boost energy, and reduce stress. It helps kick-start the bodies natural healing process and many people report pain relief, feeling relaxed, sleeping better and finding they can cope with the daily stresses of life more easily after a treatment.
Energy Field Work is a way of working on the energetic imprint of past memories or injuries. The same way our bodies have muscle memory there is also an energetic memory. Working to soothe or clear past energetic imprints can help people feel calm, more optimistic and less stressed day to day. This is a laying down treatment involving minimal contact.
EFT (Tapping) = Create Space & Love Yourself Again
EFT (meridian tapping) is a new, cutting-edge technique where we stimulate the meridian lines whilst saying affirmations, which is used to help many conditions from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and phobias. It works in three ways:
- It helps to calm the amygdala response in the brain (fight, flight, freeze response), allowing you to calmly approach situations and respond instead of react.
- It helps create space between you (the self), your emotions and your behaviour. This allows you to create a new positive and calm way of thinking. Builds self-esteem, self-confidence and creates a new found optimism.
- Reprograms your neuropathways. When we repeat a thought or emotion we reinforce our neuropathways making that thought or emotion automatic.
Sound therapy / Gong Bath – Automatic Meditative State
When you’re exposed to therapeutic sound, all the cells in the body begin to resonate, stimulating the vagus nerve (which runs from your brain stem to your abdomen). Your vagus nerve kick starts your bodies relaxation response, calms your nervous system and helps prevent inflammation in the body.
It has been shown to inhibit the stress and pain response as well as having a positive effect on your heart and respiratory rates. The sound entrains the brain to theta brain wave frequencies where visualisation and the creative power of your mind starts.
As you relax deeper you may find you enter a trance-like state, or are able to access different levels of consciousness not explored before which can allow you to sleep better, think clearer and feel more relaxed.
