A delicious whole-food wheat alternative made with only three ingredients: organic quinoa, organic white rice, and organic amaranth. Packed with protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, our pasta supports a healthy diet while being low in fat, cholesterol and naturally gluten-free. Our pasta is also celiac friendly! Instructions: Boil filtered, salted water, add pasta, and cook for 13-18 min. Stir occasionally throughout, as gluten-free pasta has the tendency to stick. Note that the water may turn white from protein in the quinoa and amaranth. Drain once cooked and serve with any sauce or gravy.
