Volans 7 Year Extra Añejo is a meticulously crafted limited release from El Pandillo distillery (NOM 1579) in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Made exclusively from estate-grown, fully mature Blue Weber agaves, it’s aged for six years in American white oak bourbon barrels and then finished for a seventh year in French oak. After aging, it rests for six months in stainless steel to harmonize flavors before bottling at 42.3% ABV.

Master Distiller Felipe J. Camarena and founders Chad & Cristina Allen oversee this ultra-premium production, maintaining traditions like stone‑oven cooking and tahona extraction.
