Lotti Eno:
Trainee Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist (BACP student member)
My name is Lotti Eno, I am a trainee integrative psychotherapist working in the low-cost therapy and counselling service at HQ Therapy Rooms in Haggerston and Dalston, Hackney, London E8.
Therapy is a journey that can allow for greater self-awareness through exploration, growth and resolution. Beginning therapy can feel daunting and overwhelming, therefore I aim to create an environment and space where you can feel safe, heard and understood.
I aim to offer you a relationship that holds trust, compassion and comfortability when assisting you in taking a proactive role in healing.
I believe I am an attentive listener, who can provide warmth and empathy and through a non-judgemental lens explore ways of managing and uncovering challenges that may be going on in your life, which will all be maintained confidential.
Approach
My true interest lies in providing support and helping facilitate you when exploring and making sense of difficulties within your life. I take on an integrative approach within my therapy sessions due to believing and acknowledging that we all have individual needs and circumstances.
I provide flexibility in approaches and adaptivity when tailoring to an individual’s unique needs.
Such approaches we can explore together are;
My Experience

I have experience in working within the education and care field; being a live-in carer and working in school settings; specialising in working with children with varying special educational needs and disabilities, alongside social, emotional and mental health.
Previously I volunteered at a Recovery College for 2 years, providing person-centred support to adults in recovery and helping them reintegrate back into society.
