HQ Therapy is offering an exciting job opportunity as a part-time coordinator for our Low-Cost Counselling Service. The applicant will be UK based and responsible for the job roles below.

HQ Therapy Rooms is dedicated to emotional wellbeing. We offer confidential counselling and psychotherapy services for a range of concerns in our personal and friendly Central London practices in Dalston and Haggerston, Hackney E8.

• We are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic person who holds a counselling skills qualification, a minimum of one year’s experience as a counsellor or therapist and has excellent admin skills.
• This is a part-time position that can be conducted online, with an option to opt for in-person work as well.
• We would prefer the applicant to be North East London based.

About the Part-Time Counselling Service Coordinator Position

 

Primary job roles:

• Coordinator, part-time hours
• Approx 3 hours a day x 5 days week
• Liaising with trainees, low-cost clients, assessment supervisor and HQ company director
• Managing trainee paperwork
• Room inductions (online and/or in-person)
• Attending and taking minutes at monthly zoom trainee meetings
• Managing client allocations
• Primarily online with the option to work in person

 

Skills required:

• Minimum 2 years Counselling experience, and registered with a counselling body
• A good understanding and use of counselling skills and protocols
• Excellent organisational and admin skills
• Use of Google docs and spreadsheets is essential.
• Knowledge of Airtable, and Toggl and social media platforms
• Good interpersonal skills in person, over the phone and online

 

Salary: £15 – £25 per hour depending on applicant’s experience
