Craniosacral Therapist and TRE® Provider
After studying Fine Art Sculpture at Central Saint Martins, I moved into alternative therapies, having been brought up quite ‘Homeopathically.’ I was also into yoga from a young age, and have always been drawn to body work.
Part-time nannying for over 10 years led me to gain many newborn clients after I qualified as a Craniosacral Therapist. Working with babies has been eye-opening and helped me to understand that they are full of wisdom, and they tend to respond very quickly and effectively to treatment, especially for conditions for colic and sleeplessness.
I knew I wanted to continue working with bodies, and am often in awe at how they give us signs when we’re stressed, unwell, or have unexplained symptoms. I believe that through increased body awareness, our bodies will give us clues and help us to release tension if we are able to fully listen to them.
I qualified as a Craniosacral Therapist in 2012 and became a Certified TRE® Provider in 2015.
I will be hosting a regular bi-weekly TRE® drop-in group on Wednesday mornings at HQ Therapy.
