Integrative Counselling and Therapy MBACP; MBPsS
I am a qualified integrative therapist and a registered member of the British Association for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BACP), working with clients in private practice in Dalston and for several charities in Islington and Hackney. I provide a warm, non-judgmental and confidential therapeutic environment, helping you feel safe and supported to explore whatever it may be that you are experiencing in your life. As an integrative therapist I draw upon a number of different approaches to psychotherapy depending on your needs, including psychodynamic, CBT and humanistic (person centred) therapy. If you feel counselling may be helpful for you please get in touch and I will be happy to discuss how we may work together.
Training, qualifications and experience
I have trained extensively in psychology and psychotherapy for over 9-years so far. I am currently completing the final year of a 5-year Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute – one of the UK’s leading psychotherapy training institutes. As part of this advanced training I have also gained experience as an Honorary Psychotherapist at Homerton Hospital in Hackney.

I offer a reduced rate of £45/hour for an initial assessment, where we will have the chance to meet each other, discuss your aims and explore how we may best work together. There is no obligation to continue with ongoing therapy after this initial meeting.
