Often, we can feel ‘stuck’ or that we aren’t achieving what we had hoped. If this sounds like you, then please get in touch. My focus will be on you, your potential and helping you find the best in yourself. I work with individuals, couples and teams with a number of challenges and problems.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy can help with a wide range of issues, from things you might expect, such as smoking, weight loss, anxiety and phobias: to things you might not, such as confidence and relationship issues, eating challenges, addictions and depression.
Cognitive hypnotherapy is a brief, modern, evidence based therapy incorporating Behavioural and Evolutionary Psychology and Neuroscience, with Traditional Hypnotherapy, Gestalt, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and coaching.
How I Work.
I usually conduct therapy sessions face to face but also have clients who work via Skype or Zoom who are further afield. I also work from HQ Therapy Rooms in Dalston, in-house with Central London clients and from my therapy room in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.
Every client is an individual. In seeing me we will discuss your issues and help you find the answer within you. Downloads are created individually for each client, tailored to their needs and solution states.
A personal approach (including audio downloads at no additional change) are tailored to fit you. It begins with a conversation, to see whether Cognitive Hypnotherapy is suitable. Assuming yes, sessions are booked and held in a relaxing space. I ask that you book a minimum of three sessions.
I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), the Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association (QCHPA) and am registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
Please contact me through the various channels below, i will come back to you soon to arrange an appointment and answer any questions you may have.
