Jacqueline Miller
Individual Counselling / Psychotherapist / Couples Counsellor / Clinical Supervisor (MBACP)
My name is Jacqueline Miller, and I am an experienced BACP-Accredited person-centred counsellor, psychotherapist, couples counsellor, and clinical supervisor. I work from HQ Therapy Rooms in Haggerston (E8), as well as practices in Harley Street and North West London, offering both short- and long-term therapy.
Life can present unexpected and overwhelming challenges. You may be seeking counselling due to anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, work-related stress, or a new medical diagnosis. I provide a supportive space where you can explore what is happening in your life at your own pace.
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, anxious, low in mood, or uncertain about how they feel. I understand how internal and external pressures can lead to unhelpful coping strategies.
Through counselling, I support clients in developing ways of managing thoughts and emotions, improving self-awareness, and strengthening communication.
My Approach:
I offer a safe, empathic, and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship where you will be seen, heard, and valued as an individual. My work is grounded in a humanistic, person-centred approach, supporting your autonomy and personal growth throughout therapy.
Your initial counselling session is an opportunity to explore what has brought you to therapy, experience how we might work together, and ask any questions about the counselling process, with no obligation to continue.
Experience & Professional Background:
Alongside private practice, I have extensive experience working in:
