Natasha Mackey:
Integrative Counsellor & Therapist (BACP)
Hi, I’m Natasha, a BACP registered Integrative Therapist working at HQ Therapy Rooms in Haggerston, E8.
Beginning or restarting your therapy journey can feel overwhelming, as I remember from my own experience, but it is also incredibly empowering.
This is the time you’re setting aside each week just for you. It is protected time away from the pressures of daily life to pause, take a breath and explore your unique lived experience.
We will work together confidentially, at your own pace, to build an authentic, mutually respectful relationship where you will feel able to explore aspects of yourself that you may not feel comfortable or safe bringing to anyone else.
My working model is grounded in both humanistic and psychodynamic theory, which means that, when you feel ready, we’ll explore both current and past experiences with a view to creating long-lasting, positive and sustainable change. I’m dedicated to fostering a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory and inclusive space. My integrative training enables me to offer therapeutic tools specific to your unique needs.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and my pain priority is that you feel supported and heard. Together, we will work to find greater clarity and empower you to create a more positive future.
Finding a therapist who feels right for you is important. If you feel I might be someone you’d be interested in working with, please reach out. I offer 20-minute consultations over the phone or via Zoom to explore how we might work together and to answer any questions you may have.
I work both short and long term and currently have availability in person and online on Friday afternoons.
I look forward to meeting you.
