Anna Morris:
Trainee Integrative Therapist (BACP student member)
Hello, my name is Anna Morris, and I’m a trainee integrative therapist, currently working towards a master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of East London. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I work in line with their ethical framework.
I see my role as a counsellor as a companion and facilitator – working together with you to make sense of your experiences. I aim to offer a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your life journey and the challenges you may be facing.
We are all unique in the stories we carry and the difficulties we encounter, which may include relationship problems, stress, anxiety, loss of identity, or a sense of isolation. Sometimes life events—whether sudden or ongoing—can feel overwhelming and leave us questioning who we are, where we are heading, or how to cope with change.
I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you connect with the strength and clarity that already exist within you. I am committed to building a relationship based on trust and authenticity, so that together we can explore difficult feelings, make sense of them, and move toward positive and meaningful change.
With over 20 years of experience working in the medical field, I bring a strong awareness of how emotional, physical, and psychological well-being are connected. This has shaped my passion for supporting people in a holistic way, recognising that mind and body are deeply linked, and that healing often means looking at the whole person.
As an integrative therapist, my work is primarily grounded in person-centred therapy, but I also draw on other approaches and techniques when helpful.
This flexibility allows us to shape the therapy around your individual needs and circumstances. My aim is that you feel heard, valued, and supported as you take steps toward greater understanding, growth, and well-being.
