Costas Ampatzidis:
Integrative Counsellor Trainee (BACP student member)
Hello and welcome. I’m Costas Ampatzidis, an Integrative Counsellor trainee offering low-cost counselling at HQ Therapy Rooms in Haggerston, Hackney, London E8.
I provide face-to-face sessions in a warm, supportive, and confidential environment. I believe that therapy is a space where you can safely explore your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences without fear of judgment.
My aim is to walk alongside you, offering empathy, curiosity, and gentle guidance as you navigate your unique journey. Together, we can create a space that supports self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal growth.
My approach is integrative and client-centred, meaning I tailor the sessions to suit your individual needs. I draw from both person-centred and psychodynamic therapies, allowing us to work flexibly and at your pace.
Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, addiction, eating difficulties, or exploring questions around identity and sexuality, I am here to offer compassionate support.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Criminology and have gained valuable experience through formal counselling training and volunteer work within the charity sector. I am currently completing a postgraduate diploma in counselling.
As a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I follow their ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to your well-being.
If you feel more comfortable speaking in Greek, I can also offer counselling in my native language.
Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change. I would be honoured to support you in creating space for reflection, growth, and emotional balance.
